I think you will find that all efforts are being made to lock down Build 15 due to the multi-output capability.

build 13 is the current release...personally I would prefer for them to devote their attention to build 15 and 16 rather than waste time make 14 a release build. Which is what I suspect they are hard at work on.
lets move forward not backwards.
