I am prepping a feature film in Toronto and would be very interested in finding a Red owner / operator / shooter, in the area. We hope to go to PP by July 1, but it would be good to see the work flow tested prior to that. I wonder if there is anyone in the area that hopes to receieve their camera by then?

We have a budget, distribution and a U.S. name actor. This is not run & gun. I also wonder if anyone knows if any of the rental houses are slated to get any Reds by then?

We could also use 2 Reds, if possible.

Cheers,
Chris

(sorry if this is the wrong forum, I looked in the user groups, but didn't see an option to start a new thread under Toronto)

Depending on timing and your budget, I should have a 5 ton Tungsten Lighting/Grip Package truck available. Very competitive price point.
RED wont be in till later this summer/fall (my best guess)

I am Shooter too.

PM me.

I am #98, perhaps your best bet. I live in Guelph, close enough to Toronto for the right project.

You can PM me.

Thanks for all the input. It would be great to figure out a Red solution in time for the shoot.

Cheers,
Chris

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am saving to buy a Red, hopefully I can put an order in this summer. It's exciting to see a film in Toronto shot on a Red so soon. I only have experience on small low budget productions, but if you need any volunteers, I'd love to come hang around and see a Red in action.
