files not optimized for FCP?

I am exporting 4K 2:1 to 1920x1080 ProRes HQ at 23.98fps. When I import the movie, Final Cut Studio warns me the files are not optimized for FCP.

What does this mean? Am I doing something wrong in RedCine? The dialog box offers me the option to ignore.

There seems to be a slight bit of strobing too. Any thoughts?

I started to get that warning since yesterday, but I didn't change anything in the computer but the firmware of the Visceral's Red One.
Did the new firmware change anything in the format that affects the export from Redcine?
