Prores HQ mb/s

if i want to work with QT prores in their highest quality, what kind of raid do i need?
how much mb/s do i need in order to run a 90 min film, with QT prores files?

ProRes HQ is 220mbit/s. That is generally possible with a single drive on a normal connection. However for multiple streams of ProRes HQ you will probably need a RAID of some sort. A simple striped raid set of SATA discs should be fine.
