OK,

We finally finished it. The Mysterium mask in 3D!

Modeled in Adesk Inventor and printed in ABS plastic with a Dimension SST printer.

Didn't have time to paint it to match the artwork that Ian did but it will get colored up later.

Thats pretty cool! I see the teeth area wall thickness may have given you a bit of drama there.. hope it didnt!

Thanks for the feedback!

We modeled at 16 inches O.D. for the Blades but our 3D printer (we have one in house) has a working envelope of 8x8x10 inches so we had to scale it down and that is why the surfaces above the eye sockets are a bit thin. We will make some modes to the file but it was all just for fun anyway.
