This is completely in jest, and I know NAB is a huge time suck for everyone at RED as it's their major marketing event of the year. However I'm not at NAB, I'm busy working trying to plan my jobs for the next 4 weeks and had some RED questions. Can't get through to a soul. I hate to be an ass, I know you guys and gals are swamped, but isn't anyone home?

Just make sure your order is "in order"...don't make any changes...and send your wire transfer immediately.

I got my camera pretty quick, considering I had delays with my bank, a couple of modifications to my order, etc.

My list of stuff was confirmed beginning of last week, and paid for at the end of the week, and now I wait.

Yes Bassam, it's a still from the flood. I just remembered how empty it looked.

Paid on Monday of last week via bank wire. Took until thursday to clear. Friday packing slip went in confirmed by Brent. Still no word. Not getting my hopes up for any earlier then friday at the earliest. So sit back and relax if you can, It will get there. (If you paid at end of week I bet your transfer didn't clear until Monday maybe even today and they still need to package the thing)

Yes there are people there to answer your calls. Some of the bombsquad is at NAB but there is enough of us at HQ to keep pumping cameras out. I spoke to Justin at RED a couple of hours ago regarding my order. Wire transfer over 1 week ago, money is there in their account, my sales rep has been busy though - NAB. He's back tomorrow so be patient, it will happen! Justin also said it may still take a couple of weeks, but I am in Australia after all....

Mike, i paid for RED 1473 IMMEDIATELY after my order was finalized. RED confirmed the wire transfer two weeks ago and that was the last email i got from them.

I have no idea why my camera is still there in their warehouse. I don't know what accessories from my order will ship with it. I don't have a tracking number.

I called RED a couple of times but nobody seems to answer the phone.

It's sad really...
