Given the possibility of immediate and frenzied demand and since its been stated current Red One owners come first, can the Red team give any expectations as to the rate at which Scarlets will be delivered to those not in that lucky position?

I assume you don't want to paint yourselves into a corner at this juncture, but perhaps you wouldn't mind sharing your forecasts or wishes for production vs demand.
