Pinch Zoom and Record?

Okay, I have no background in Wi-Fi and RED data rates for sending the monitor video to the LCD, but how cool would this be:

* Stream live monitor signal to iPhone/iPod Touch via WiFi
* One Button Record on iPhone/Touch
* Monitor audio with headphones on device

* Here's the kicker: use the iPhone/Touch multi-touch "Pinch" zoom to control Scarlet's zoom via Wi-Fi and have a slider (or use volume control button) to control focus.

Like I said, not sure how practical it would be to do this OR to USE this, but the cool factor is there!

I thought of this and came here to see if there was any info on it! In my opinion some one could definitely write this software (not me). I just got an ipod touch and jailbroke it and I am AMAZED at the quantity and variety of programs people are coming up with!!!
