O'Connor a couple years ago made a head called the Ultimate DV. Looked like a small 1030, max weight of 18lbs

I guess they discontinued it because they're margin was too thin on it, and they didn't sell too many anyway. Not a huge market for $2800 heads for prosumer cameras.
