Does anybody have a epic footage to look at? (with a spec's shooting off course)
Thanks

The camera doesn't exist yet. Like the RED two years back, it's a bunch of math and a dream.
Go watch the footage out of RED, and think to yourself "...but better." ;)

yeah, they might surprise us, but i would expect the first footage and working cameras to be revealed at next year's NAB

If they plan on an early 2009 release, I'd say it's in the early "Frankie" stage, therefore capable of delivering footage...but the footage probably wouldn't resemble what the production model will eventually do. Just my guess. Not saying I wouldn't like a sneak peak though...hehe

Already done thanks. We shoot our second commercial next week and third within a mount...
Me and my DOP are concerned by the dynamic range of RED one. 11 numérique stop. Last Kodack Vision 3 have 15 to 16 stops. Make a hudge difference in the averall contrast and high light reproduction. In 4K every single default appear. If we can keep the lattitude as much lower as possible, those small default imperfection (most visible on close-up) will be less strangefull (for my clients...)

Imagine RED One footage and then picture it 25% larger...

40% less skew? :)

I'd rather have 12 stops dynamic range at 4K than 5K at 9 stops. But to get 3 more stop information gives much more than 40% of the actual raw size and bandwith...
My complain...
