Nikon Mount / back-focus?

Hi Team,

We have just put our new Nikon Mount on our RED.
(following the Wonderhowto instructions)
Would somebody be able to explain to me what else needs to be done before the Nikon lens will focus properly?
We're assuming some sort of backfocus operation needs to take place to allow for the new focus plane...?

Any help much appreciated.

The spot he says where the sensor plane is is off, but its now marked on Red cameras.
