What about using medium format lenses?
Would these be able to cover more of the sensor, (assuming there could be a RED mount?) and give a larger Picture?
Just a thought...

No advantage to MF lenses, as the sensor is already smaller than 35mm. You'd just get a very heavy, slow, expensive lens that you don't need the coverage of!

The full sensor gets covered by existing PL lenses though. An MF lens won't give a bigger picture.
