I had been charged tax again!

When I received my Bottom Plate and Dovetail, I had been charged tax again!
Because those itmes had been showed the price, and not been noted any description about those items were not been included on last.

Happened to me too... and to others i know..

312 euros ($480) for customs fees and VAT that i have already paid for the production pack that didn't include the bottom plate and the shoulder dovetail.

So i paid for those x2 times. Who is to blame i dont know...

Same thing here when I received my bottom plate. I think the only way this could have been avoided is by not including the back-ordered items in the invoice sent with the camera.

Probably not as Customs did not make an error, they relied on the documentation that was submitted when the goods were imported.
