Luis,
Why wouldn't you want to use a fog machine? Is there an advantage to using mist cans?!?!

I never have use them, but I have been told that the two main advantages are better control of amount of fog and spill, and is more "friendly" for the talent.

Are you trying to fog a room, or a haze it? Is it outside or inside??
If it's inside you can get a hazer, which just adds a nice diluted atmosphere effect. If you're outside you can burn walnut grindings in film cans on the ground (hiding behind things in shot).

So, can you point me out where I ca find a hazer? Thank for the advise!

seems the actual name is "maxi-haze". You can get them from most special effects rental houses...
