Anyone has RED ONE jet? For a long time now I hear a loot of things, but lot of things about it and has anyone had it in hands and tryed it, exept guys from RED? Or after almost one year from presentation at NAB it still remains mistery.
RED ONE will be a great thing when it, if it becomes reality.

If you read the threads on here Felipe you'll find that RED is going to be officially launched at this years NAB - the price list is out and apparently deliveries will begin around october 2007.

Having said that, Jim Jannard has a Red One jet. Well, technically it's an Oakley jet.

Actually John the current expectation is that all 1500 reservation holders will have their units BY Oct 2007, not beginning.

RED ONE will be a great thing when it, if it becomes reality.
It's already reality my friend. If you want one, you best come to NAB or reserve one as soon as possible. 1500 reservation holders took the leap of faith.... who knows how many will jump onto the bandwagon after seeing RED at NAB.

I'd agree with JohnF- if you don't already have a reservation, you would not expect to receive a newly-ordered Red camera until October 2007 or later.
