2-part system with polarizing gel and polarizing filter. By adjusting the polarizer on the camera, you can adjust the strength of the polarizing gel on the window. Like ND gelling the windows, except with more control.

Pola gel is great, but it sure ain't cheap.
When I would rephotograph elements on a tabletp setup, I would always stick two small sheets on my two lights (small units at 45 degree angles to the sunject set to the sides of the camera). A pola filter on my camera lens meant that I could always dial out any reflection and get maximum color saturation from the image.
