lower third shot is green

Hi All ,

I have 4k 25fps shot from red ,when I open it with red alert the lower part of the shot is green (the upper is ok.)when I open it with redcine the shot looks fine.I tried import the shot to fcp but the fcp crushed .
quicktime also crushed while opening the shot.

2k files are working just fine with fcp and with quicktime
any ideas?

shot in 16:9 instead of 2:1 ? look in redcine

Yes it was shot 16/9, I'm new to the red camera and trying to establish
a workflow.
Is there a way to convert the 4k 16/9 red files?

only redcine...or use the log and transfer plugin from red.com/support
