Overcrank chart (Red approved)

I'm looking for an overcrank chart and can't find it.
specifically 2k/3k/4k
at RC 28/36
CF and Raid Drive
Build 15

My producer needs confirmation.
Want to avoid flicker/glitches in tungsten 60Hz.

I understand that the RED Drive will do 120 and not the CF.
I that with RC 28 or RC 36?
