Media Coverage at NAB = Links

As the hype builds to a fevered blow, here are two outlets that have already said they would cover RED ONE in depth:

The reason I like both of these tech shows/podcasts is the fact that they are knowledgeable as users and they should cover it with a practical workflow consideration. Although they'll say they are platform agnostic, both shows tend to be FCP centric as most of their experts use Macs. DP BUZZ said they will be live for hours each day just a few booths away from RED and Apple.

Hang on as the hot winds will be blowing across the Mojave soon,

This is a great podcast and website. A couple of these guys are reservation holders and just interviewed Ted a couple of weeks ago. They are planning daily reports from NAB. Very objective I like these guys a lot.

There are some eye-popping "scoops" in my "RED @ NAB, Part 1" article that goes live on the Studio Daily web site at 9:00am Pacific Time on Monday.

Don't ask...absolutely no hints now...Monday is fast approaching...:biggrin:

I'll write my "RED @ NAB, Part 2" article at NAB on Monday morning. It will be on the Studio Daily web site by about 9:35am - a summary of my impressions of all the RED NAB announcements.

My schedule will be hectic at NAB! I'll try to get on RED User on Monday and Tuesday evenings and post some more of my impressions of the RED rollout. I know that RED User and the other media links on this thread will also be great sources of RED NAB info. I'm sure Mike Curtis of HD for Indies will nail it well - as usual.

I know a lot of you would like to be at NAB, and for whatever reason just couldn't make it. Hopefully everyone's articles and posts will help ease that pain and help you feel like you were there.

What/when/where are the NAB announcements on Sunday....such as Apple?

Will RED be updating their site monday morning...time?

Will reservations be open online at 9am monday?

Can we expect any pre-written releases on reduser.net, hdforindies,dvinfo at 9am or after?

Anyone know of live/post streaming coverage.....eg. formal or umm..YouTube (...umm..ummm..can pm me on this and I'll post YT title/expected time)

News will be posted 'adhoc' on this site.
