20d sensor or LR recovery?

Anyone seen this before? 100% crop...

Playing around, pushing my 20d to its limits, and this came up in a shot of the sky... Friggin' weird. There are lots of smart people around here, and thought I'd ask if anyone had seen this.

The only thing I can think is that something has confused the Lightroom Recovery tool, which is maxed out.

Settings:
ISO 200
WB 4200
Ex. 0
Rec. 100
Fill. 0
Blacks 100

Brightness 150
Contrast 100

Everything else normal.

Your link is broken.

BUT the LR recovery tool works my making a mask of your highlight area then only effecting that area. If you hold down the option or command button (can't remember which) while adjusting it you can see the mask. Sometimes that makes the mask edge funky.
