Getting money back??

I've had my camera kit for around five weeks now and I still pinch myself every time I use the Red. Simply love it. Quick question though, has anyone had trouble getting refunds on their Red credit?? I've been trying to sort out a credit refund from being charged a deposit fee twice (deposit paid at NAB '07, then final total purchase wire approx 3 mths ago)... now I can't seem to get the over charged money back. I know Red are busy but its been months since they took my wire transfer and the money owed is in the thousands of dollars (money I can't afford). I've sent dozens of emails, called and even left a message on the Red support page. Simply I'm out of options and would appreciate advice from the community how to sort this out.
