I recently output a sequence using Compressor at full res 1920x1080 24p and it worked perfectly. Now I am trying to output a compressed version for the web and no matter how I try it (QT or QT conversion at various web settings, or Compressor Web>Streaming>QT6 Compatible) the aspect ratio looks off. Everything is squeezed closer to a 4:3 or 16:9. I didn't change any settings in between the original full res output and the compressed ones.

I figure I am missing some setting, or there is an optimal setting to output at.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

If you shot 2:1 you can try these compressor settings: http://glorycubed.com/compressor/compressor.zip (compressor settings for 720P and 1080P 2:1 as well as 2:1 > 16x9 padded/letterboxed) If you shot 16:9 you'll have to adjust the output resolution using the second tab from the right under the compression description.

It was shot 2:1 but exported from redcine at 1080P Prores. But I will try those and see what happens. Thanks.
