No sound on 4 channels

Hi!

We are not able to have sounds to all 4 channels at same time. 1 & 2 are total dead, but 3 & 4 works fine.

Have we missed some setting or so.

Please give us your helping hand.

did you check QT proxy if all channels are there?
Open *.mov file and go to the video properties-> audio settings to check.
I presume you did enable all channels in the system->sound->rec enable menu

Thanks, I ment - camera doesn't receive any signal to channel 1 or 2. We have tried mic and line settings. Still no sound in.

Try to disable all 4 channels, then record some video, next enable one channel at a time moving mike from ch1 to ch2 etc. You should see 4 volume bars on the right side.
If you don't than call RED support, something is broken.
