Guys, your DNS is flaky. Sometimes scarletuser.com is not accessible from home (Comcast in NorCal) but is accessible from the office (I just switch to a proxy in the office through VPN and it works). Some other times redrelay.net is not accessible.
The browser is spending time trying to resolve the hostname (actually, waiting for the OS to do the resolution). It's NOT trying to contact the site, it doesn't get there. It's the name resolution that takes a long time and sometimes fails.
Speak with your hosting company and have them check your DNS.
This problem doesn't happen very often, but this week I noticed these issues at least 3 or 4 times.
Maybe it was a transient thing and by the time you verify it, it's gone. But at least do call someone and have them go through their checklist.
P.S.: I do stuff like this (DNS) for a living, so chances are I'm either right or pretty close. At the very least, something's going on with your sites somewhere, on the off-chance it's not actually DNS's fault.
