RED 2K@48 FPS Build 16

Is it technically possible for Red to create a 2k@48fps setting in Build 16. It seems like it could be as useful to about as many people as would be interested an use would use Anamorphic?

Can you sync two cameras operating separately with a Deneke SB-T's or Lockit's at this frame rate to be in Sync?

Is it only possible to shoot at 48 in Varispeed and dose this meen you couldn't shoot at 48fps in Sync with other cameras.

Yes,

IN fact you would be better off shooting 3K at 48 K per sec as you can go up to 56FPS in 3K if you wanted.

No point in going down to 2K unless you need to shoot beyond say 50FPS.
