No RealTime working with M Proxy

Good day . I have problem. Just 4 days ago all stations where working with _m proxy in realtime , now i have about 23-22 fps.
I can not understand what happen. I have 3 stations , 1 is working fine , 2 can not play footage.
Also in QT i can get realtime ,
We try all setting in FC , and connot found problem . Any ideas. ?

More info , I did not update QT , and RED Code for QT , sow i did not change anything. But today i try to update to 7.5 and also install new
RedCine and new RedAlert , but nothing :) . We have 2 types of files from 15 and 16 builds , sow with both are same problem
