So I'm trying to reserve my camera right now, and everytime I get to the billing information part things get weird. First two times i put in my credit information the computer just told it was approved and nothing happened, it stayed on the same billing information screen. Now whenever i put in my credit info it says it is unable to proceed due to various errors. Can anybody offer some insight, or a know of a customer service line that someone can help me at??

The same thing happened to me - I called my card and they told me that it went through. It didn't get an email confirmation or an order #. .. .

Email 4k@red.com - I don't know if she's at NAB or in the office, but Kelly is usually the sorter of these things, and very good at it she is too!...

Don't panic, I'm sure they'll look after you - they're very good at making sure everyone gets treated right!!

So just called my amex, apperently red.com billed me 4 times for the purchase, so I have a charge of $14,000 to red.com sitting on my card, with no confirmation of even one purchase, I did email Kelly, but I'm still hoping this gets fixed soon, or I can at least get my reservation number or something.

i just got a call from bruce skinner. everyone else having problems as well should be getting a call from him too.
