Jim and every RED team member,
I congratulate you on your remarkable accomplishment with this camera system. I was one of the people who wanted to see proof before I put our company's money down and made a reservation. I have learned that in this business the proof is in the product. That's not a jab at your company, I've been excited as anyone about what this camera's capabilities were but I've also seen many promises broken and many promised products never come to fruition. At the end of your demo film that I saw this morning (screening #4) I went straight to the front of the booth and placed a deposit on a camera.
Your company will receive every technical achievement award that there is to be won. I wish that I could buy you all a round of drinks but judging by the length of the line at your booth all day, I know that you will want your rest instead.
