Anyone has experience rehousing nikon optics to cinestyle?

I'm using nikons on the M2:
As already stated by someone the focus run on still lenses is too short.
I've never used cinelenses so i dont konw the comparison, but, in my experience, i often have difficulties racking focus because in one small movement i have big changes.
