Does anyone know approx. what reservation they are upto now? I am guessing they are somewhere at 1500-2000, but I may be wrong and they are higher.
Thanks,
Matthew

I am wondering this as well....
If some one was to place a new order today, how long a wait would it be for delivery?

I am thinking about 9 to 12 months. Just a guess.

Please note that the Peter Jackson/RED movie was shot with "Boris" and "Natasha" and NO feature was enabled except 4k REDCODE RAW recording to RED DRIVE. Monitoring was done with a 3rd party 720P LCD. The only button enabled was RUN/STOP.
If anyone wants to cancel their reservation, the refund goes as follows:
Serial number 6-750 = $1200

Also, what items must we - or should we- put a reservation/deposit on?
Will lenses or accessories need to be reserved this far in advance?
Will the $1750 for the camera suffice - or do we have to figure out most of our system in order to get most of it at the same time?
Any advice would help...
thanks,
aloha,
Keith

I would absolutely reserve any cameras or lenses - great question on the red stuff orders - I was lookinng for the previous posts regarding this but no luck so far. I'm sure next week at the latest will provide more answers (post-NAB).
