What is the normal way that RED ships? I finally received my shipping numbers tonight, but it says 2-day! I was under the impression that everything was shipped Fed Ex overnight and I believed I paid for that, too. It just so happens that we are slammed Tuesday and wide-open on Monday, so this is painful.
I'm hoping they can change my shipping status. Has anyone else had this happen?

They ship however you request that they ship. Typical is 2~3 day service as I don't think they like to use ground service. If you need overnight then you need to ask for it. Most orders don't ship the same or next day, but take a few to process.

Jeff, I already got my tracking numbers from Fed Ex. It's been picked up. I've emailed several RED people to see if they could make the simple call to change it to what it should be...overnight. I'm pretty sure that's what I paid for and requested.
Hope they can help. I think it's just a phone call...

Ah, if you requested and paid for overnight, then that's different.

Brent, I also emailed him last night. All Fed Ex needs is a phone call. Time is running out today, so please let me know if you get anywhere.

I got an email from Marco...they did put in the change to Fed Ex. Thanks for trying...I hope it goes through.
