Hey everyone, The web guys are working 24/7 to get the new site perfect but we are having a few issues, so here is a little info for you guys to make sure everything went well and what to do if it didnt.
1. If you had trouble placing an order this morning, you should be able to place one on the web today or via our customer care folks Mon-Friday 9-5pm PST.
2. If you think placed an order, but did not get an order confirmation number on the site, we've reviewed all orders confirmed by credit card companies. You should have received any email confirmation from RED for all orders we have on file as of 4/17, by 4/18
3.If you got a site confirmation page, but have not received an email confirmation notice, give us some time, you should have one via email by end of the week.
4. If you're afraid you have duplicate credit card charges, we have reversed all duplicate charges today. You should have an email with the refund details by end of day tomorrow 4/18/
