Hey everyone, The web guys are working 24/7 to get the new site perfect but we are having a few issues, so here is a little info for you guys to make sure everything went well and what to do if it didnt.


1. If you had trouble placing an order this morning, you should be able to place one on the web today or via our customer care folks Mon-Friday 9-5pm PST.

2. If you think placed an order, but did not get an order confirmation number on the site, we've reviewed all orders confirmed by credit card companies. You should have received any email confirmation from RED for all orders we have on file as of 4/17, by 4/18

3.If you got a site confirmation page, but have not received an email confirmation notice, give us some time, you should have one via email by end of the week.

4. If you're afraid you have duplicate credit card charges, we have reversed all duplicate charges today. You should have an email with the refund details by end of day tomorrow 4/18/

With a success of this dimensions, some minor web-related problems are literally nonexistent...

I sent Bruce Skinner an e-mail yeterday just before I placed my order to verify a couple of questions. He got back to me in less than 10 minutes, and had all the right answers. My order went through fine, and if anything does go wrong, I am very confident that the RED team will fix it. Now my only problem is "What accessories do I get?"

All reservation holders can chose any accessaries and lenses without losing their seniority
or
Do we still hurry up and get in line for the lenses?

Jarred, you guys did an INCREDIBLE job at NAB. And what you've created here is unparalleled. I was completely blown away by the presentation. July can't come soon enough.

all reservation holders get priority on accessories and lenses.

I didn't see this before i placed an order for accessories on the site, will it cause problems that i have a reservation already?

Jarred, any chance that we could check status of our orders on line?
Like what we actually ordered?
When I do order a new item, I have a chance to get to my account by typing username and password but there is no option to get there without placing the order for new item.

It seems the double charge for the prime set came back to my account today, thanks to a significant drop in the dollar against norwegian krone over the past days, it cost me about 60 $...

I am gonna live with it and smile it was an honest mistake, also I am sure I will easily make it back when my camera delivers.
