can we use the macdaddy picture

we are now redesigning our rental catalogue and setting up the new website.

can we use the "macdaddy" picture as we don´t have any other shot to show the product?
shall we implement credits "shot by jarred land of reduser.net" in the photo?

also, does red wishes/allows/forbids to have its logo besides their products?

Yes, as long as we link it.....its okay. What Jim doesn't want is to make it seem like RED is directly endorsing us.. so no to using RED logo, for example, on your business card.
