Red Alert! Trouble

Hello,
For Some Reason My Redalert Is Not Reading My R3ds...i Already Saw Them In Redalert In Another Computer, Same Updated Version, The Files Are Fine...already Reistalled It...
I Can See The Quicktime Wrappers In Qt, But The R3ds Wont Show Up In Red Alert THEY SHOW UP FINE IN REDCINE......red Alert Aparently Detects The Number Of Frames But I Only See The Red Alert Logo On The Screen..
Has This Happened To Anyone? Is Ther A Simple Setting I Might Be Overlooking?

Try deleting the RSX file in the folder that the R3D is in.

Finally, I erased everything that had anything to do with RED ALERT, and reistaled..and it started working again...
