After waiting months for my rebate I get this:

?
I sent everything by the book. Has anyone else received the rebate?
It was the "if you use FCP buy the CS3 bundle and receive $200"
The $200 would have been nice and I usually don't bother with rebates
or buy products based on rebates for this very reason.
I crossgraded from PC to MAC - maybe that was a problem?
Don't know but Adobe customer service was not been very easy or clear to deal with.

Can you call them? Adobe has had great customer service when I've called them.

Don't get me wrong, I love Adobe, I've been using it's product for years...but it's customer service is ass. They outsource to some far away land and you deal with people who know next to nothing about any issue you have. They are lemmings who read prompted responses off their computer screen.

I found it best to just look to the communities on Adobe, CreativeCow, etc for solving any issues.

As far as getting refunds or rebates, it's not going to happen. They are just a third party customer service who get paid regardless if they help you or not.

Keep us updated however, I would love to be wrong when it comes to this, because besides the lame customer service I still like the product.

I think that the powers that be of this forum hate creative cow dot com and therefore have a preprogramed sabotage for anyone who dares to type out the aforementioned creative cow dot net. :gun:

(this has happened to me too).
