Hello all Red users and forum members,

I'm looking for an insurance company that can cover Red kits (camera, lenses, accessories etc.) traveling on locations.

Can you tell me about such companies? (EU based companies are preferred, but US are fine as long as they can cover equipment based in EU space)

Regards,
Alex

Who handles your business insurance now?
Will they not insure your Red Gear as well?

What you seek is called "Inland Marine" coverage.

Try productioninsurance.com (http://productioninsurance.com) and follow the "Annual Equipment Floater" link.

I am thinking of taking your advice on this Michael. Can anyone else vouch for this company?

Can anyone here who got their insurance through Heffernan provide first hand experience with filing a claim? How did it go? Did they cover you? Please let me know!
