Nope... After placing the order a screen came, titled order receipt. The number I posted was labelled as "Order No."

If it's the "Order No.", is it still the "Reservation No."?

I believe the reservation number will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. We ordered on Thursday and are still waiting. Not sure why it takes RED so long to confirm orders.

I ordered early monday morning - I've been in contact with the Reds since then several times (because duplicate charges - solved nice and easy), but I still haven't received the magic number. So I don't think you have to worry (or maybe I should worry big time) - I assume it may take a few days. Those people have been at the NAB aswell...

As all of you may know, the RED team was swamped at NAB and will probably return back to work after a good weekends rest. You will probably hear from them next week.
Kelly takes care of the reservation numbers and she does a great job. Give her some time guys! It took her a few weeks to get my order through (in Oct), and I finally figured out it was my shoddy e-mail address that made everything go wrong. I'd contact them after maybe a week and a half. Just allow her to catch up!

I am hoping that the increase of demand will speed up production though that's just wishful thinking

Production will be scaled according to demand, but RED always aims for engineering goals... not shipment goals.

Stuped me, this RED # is only the ticket # from my request - well one can have dreams:whistling:
"Your ticket has been
assigned an ID of [RED #640]. Please include this ID in the

To clear things up, those numbers are not your serial numbers. That is your order number, which is time stamped and that will decipher your order in the production line. I hope this helps!
