Editing with 23.98 and 29.97

Is there a tool that converts RED 23.98 material into a 29.97 framerate so I can edit alongside other non RED 29.97 material without needing to render in final cut?

What about Graeme Nattresse's plugin? I haven't tried it with Red footage yet.

I would definitely give After Effects a shot.

There's also DVFilm Maker software, but I think that only does HDV/DV footage. Maybe worth a look.

Nattress plugin in FCP sounds like a good way to go. That way you're only adding it to footage as needed in your timeline. Haven't tried it though.
