batch import with source file path set ?

hi all,

is it possible in ale to add a column where the source file path of the quicktime-references is set?
it's boring to set every file manually when batch-importing them!

btw:
_F & _H references don't work for me, only _M & _P references. i'm using mac pro 2,66 ghz, 10.4.10, mca 2.7.7.
with _P reference import is only 2 times longer than realtime, great!

Create new QT references in a single folder.
Batch import... > highlight all clips > Set File Location…
Browse to the folder and select the requested clip.
Click OK.

All clips should have a path now.

Yes, it works that way. :)

You just need to have the same name for the clips in the ALE as the filename (including the .mov)

i found the solution:
red rushes filled out filenames in the ale with a leading "3" and a invisible sign following the real filename.
i deleted these two sign. Now it works.

by te way if you rename all clipnames in the ale from _H.mov to _P.mov you can batch-import the 1/8-reosultion-files, as i asked for.

I tend to remove the quality extension when using REDrushes and creating the QTrefs. In either case, the ALE should match regardless of extension when both QT and ALE are generated.
