Simultaneous live 1080p and REDCODE 4K?

Excuse me it this has already been covered at some point.

I seem to remember an announcement that in some future software build, the RED One will be able to deliver real-time 1920x1080p so it can be used as a studio camera.

If so, will it be possible to transmit 1080p live, while simultaneously recording 4K to flash memory etc, or is this an "either-or" situation?

Also, with the proposed live 1080p option, any idea of the processing delay involved?
