Hello.
Im a new red user
Currently working as a assistent editor on a film shoot on red.
and the workflow is basicly that a postproductionstudio transcodes the r3d files to smaller mov files with the sam filename and I get a harddrive with dailies wich I create a ALE list using meta cheater. Then I batch import the clips in AVID. This has worked fine until last night when it suddenly stopped.
I had 197 clips to batch import and after 47 it stopped.
No fail message just a dialouge saying 47 clips of 197 imported.
Unfortunally I wasnt here, so a Friend called me with this information.
Can I access some kind of log file in AVID to see what might have gone wrong?
Is it possible that one file is corrupted?
Could it just be a freak error.
At this moment Im batch importing again, and so far no interruption...
OR is there a nother error known of by some of you guys?
