Hi. First time post.
Is it practical and how difficult/time consuming is it to change between B4, Nikon, and Cine lenses in the field? Thanks for any input offered.

It's certainly possible. B4 is relatively easy. Nikon takes about 5-10 minutes depending on how many times you've done it. When I need to, I can change it in about 5 minutes.
A relatively clean environment to do the switch in is recommended.
And of course, check your backfocus.
The problem is when you want to keep switching back and forth a lot during a shooting day. Then it's not really practical. The IMS system will be much more suited to that kind of thing.
But for the occasional changeover, it's a workable solution.

What's the IMS System? I'm trying to figure out some lens options here as well.
Thanks.

Hi Dcal
Be aware that the IMS system currently voids the RED One warranty and also disqualifies you from audio board, i/pin, Mysterium X and EPIC offers and upgrades!
The IMS is pending modification and RED approval...

b4 switching is as easy as switching Pls with the b4 adapter. Nikon switch to PL in the field is a little more involved.
