I'm on the latest build 16. Anyone upgraded to 17 and having issues? Or should I just upgrade?

I have a few days of beating on build 17 and haven't had any major issues... The only little things that I've come across is menus & playback controls not working properly... Hit the "exit" button to get out of them and then go back into them and they are usually fine. Seems to get a little testy when you are hauling through the menus selecting things or doesn't like certain button combinations.
Haven't had any issues importing the files, color correcting, editing, etc.

Got the same thing on playback. Shows "AUDIO_ERROR A003_003_1001DC" or similar depending on clip name.
Footage is fine, it looks like it's a playback bug only (but could be embarrassing if clients see it).

I just got that too. I unchecked the "max" button in the project settings menu and the the audio seemed to play back. Well, it worked on one clip. Maybe I should go back to build 16... hmmm...

Hi,
we shot a promo and a shortfilm for sky with build 17 and everything was fine.
We used a mic (with external battery) connected to the camera to have audio reference and we had no problem at all.
At a certain point we had to shoot again one sequence shot in the morning, so we format a CF card on camera, the camera as usual created a new RDM, then we copyed from macbook pro 2 shots shot in the morning inside the RDM.
We played back these 2 shots in camera to a monitor to show to the actors what kind of movements they had to do then we recorded on camera.
The camera keep the 2 old shots and it recorded the new shots on the magazine with no problem. The AC camera was very impressed because he told me he tried for another work to do the same thing with P2 cards and it wasn't possible. Every time is the same for me: in the morning people are a bit sceptical about red, at the end of the day work everybody is happy. And when they pay me immediately I'm even happier.
I just got a codec error, but the clip was there, I just hard to start recording again.

We didn't have any codec errors.
We shot on 4k HD redcode 28 25fps shutter 1/50 on lexar 8gb 300x
and the other work on 2k 16:9 redcode 28 25fps shutter 1/50 on lexar 8gb 300x.
