We have some concerns regarding REDs order process. We placed an order last thursday. We still have not recieved a comfirmation, or any correspondence from RED. Not good enough guys come on. You cant be that short staffed surely.

I think they just left for Tahiti...sounds like your screwed.

I ordered on Tuesday, and got confirmation today. Remember everyone was at NAB, and they were having web issues last week. Don't worry they will take care of it.
