I may be shooting an ad in Mumbai and as part of cutting costs I might use my RED One to shoot. Are there any Post houses in Mumbai who can work with RED footage and also do vfx? Any line producers who can do the groundwork? Any ideas on costs? I can provide a storyboard.

You can't unless it's a used one from existing owners. Why don't you buy direct from red.com? It's available now.
