Hello fellow RED folk! :)
Just got back from a 3 week gig up north, and I'm EXTREMELY curious to find out how the RED One 2nd AC's workshop went on Oct 4/5 in Toronto. Crewpix or anyone who attended???
My fault entirely as a work-a-holic, but as a 2nd, I'm a little miffed at myself I lost out on this one, and would like to know if there are others planned in the near future....I'd give a left nut to attend...or right - I'm not partial to either. :ohmy:

Curious if a RED course/hands-on sessions would be made available to members outside of the camera departments.
Hate to hear of demonstrations nearby without a chance to see the gear before I start buying gear for my productions.
My bad for getting into the biz as an assistant director but what'cha gonna do.

Fate is working in your favor.
The workshop was postponed due to lack of instructor availability.
We are hoping to mount another at a less busy time of year.
I will post here when I know more details.

Production houses in T.O. do them from time to time.
I am sure if you wanted to just "check it out" any local production house would be glad to oblige.
