Hi all. . .
This clearly isn't RED-related, but I just had to post. I purchased an SD 788T (actually, I ended up with the first one in the country back in May!) to record the double-system sound for our RED-shot film. It did a great job on that score.
But last night? Well, I recorded an amazing eight piece choral group here in Kansas City in a live concert. And talk about a light-weight set-up! I brought in one Royer SF-24 stereo ribbon microphone, the 788T, a mic stand, and a pair of headphones, and that was it.
And the result?
WOW! I loved it. It sounds utterly amazing!
Bottom line. . . that 788T is an amazing piece of kit. . . and more than able extremely high fidelity audio in any setting. I highly recommend it!
