Classifieds??

Hi Jarred or Admin folks,
Just wondering if there are any plans afoot for a 'Classifieds' forum here at RedUser? I have a whole crap load of gear for sale (OK, its HDV and associated accessories for underwater shooting) but nevertheless something that may be interesting to some of the users here.

On another note I'm getting really whacko responses from this site as I try to navigate. These issues have been happening for about three weeks now. At one time I couldn't log in, I wrote Jarred and he mentioned dns changes required cookie clearing. Now my cookies are cleared I can't access this site until my 'Don't accept Cookies' option is checked in my Firefox browser. Other sites I visit which require cookie acceptance then go all crappo on me. So I now find myself accepting and refusing cookies depending on which site I am visiting. I can't have two sites open from differing sides of the Cookie acceptance wars!! Shame seeing as I'm a bit partial to the old Digestives with my coffee in the morning.

I also get, very often, a drop down menu appearing when I hit a link to a thread or forum which asks me whether I want to download the "name of page or link".php file??

Somethings getting a bit out of screw here,

Mark, what windows ver do you have.
Are you up to date with upgrades?
I have WE 7.0.5730.11 on XP 5.1.2600 SP 2 build 2600
and no problems at all on 4 systems like this here.
Sure it gets bit slow, when 2000+ simultaneous users connected but no other problems reported.

Mark, i had problems with cookies. It wasn't my machine or the websites. Turned out to be the broadband if I remember right, something to do with the IP... Maybe worth trying to ask your supplier if there is anything that they know of or can do. It didn't seem right to me, I woulda thought it more likely to be a local or website issue but it wasn't.

On a side note I get the download php file message from time to time, I think it's a php error on Invision Boards, or whatever the program running this forum is. So that's no biggy really.

Hi guys,

I think it would be also very good to REDusers to have a classified section, other forums such as one of my favored like www.FREDMIRANDA.com, have such a section and helps members buyng and sale gear, its esier to trust a fallow member then a total stranger.

I always have stuff to sale as I keep all my gear up to date, buy the new sale the used ones, most of the time still very much like new.

So I also vote in favor of a classified section Dear Jarred, and I'm sorry I did not get to me you at NAB.
