Someone please go to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine and shoot some nice footage!
I'm seriously thinking about lugging my RED onto the skyline trail (http://www.trailpeak.com/trail-Skyline-Trail-near-Jasper-AB-1515) to shoot some footage next year or the year after.

i just picked up the red 18-50 lens. it seems fairly nice fromt he short usage i have gotten out of it so far

give me a few weeks. i am also dying to film there. its only four hours and i am going to get some aerials.

Will do. my drive should be here next week. unfortunately i only got one CF (stupid stupid stupid me!) so i have a five minute limit. but went out and shot some deer next to my house this morning. and by shoot i don't mean in the palin way. :)

well obama doesn't really fit due to the whole not america thing. so i have decided to go with Optimus Prime. seemed kinda fitting. espescially if you have seen some of the footage coming out of most of the locals. calgary and edmonton are a bit better.

Didn't know you were into names like that. If I was from Alberta I would pick "Wolverine" because he is from Alberta.

yeah, thor was good, wolverine was pretty awesome, i think i will stick with optimus prime. almost has a double meaning.
