Hey Justin, I'm right around the corner in San Mateo. Had no idea there a RED so close! For future reference, are you planning on ever renting it out or anything like that?

Yeah, I'm renting the gear. Actually, I'm moving from the peninsula over to Oakland in a few weeks... so I won't be around the corner...
